1. Terms & Conditions

This website, www.shippingcontainerwheels.com (the "Site"), is operated by Shipping Container Wheels, 16411 Dundee Rd, Cypress, TX 77429 ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order with us, online or by phone, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our Return Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase from us.

These terms apply to every order, whether placed through the Site's checkout or by phone at (281) 304-1515.

2. Products & Intended Use

We manufacture and sell shipping container wheel kits (spindle and idler-hub assemblies), the Shipping Container Tow Bar, the Fast Lift Container Lifter and the skid steer trailer mover. Our products are fabricated in Cypress, Texas from USA steel by certified welders and are tested before shipping.

• Wheel kits include two spindle and idler-hub assemblies with mounting hardware. Wheels and tires are not included. It is your responsibility to supply wheels that match the bolt pattern you order.
• Product photographs are representative. Because each unit is hand-fabricated and finished in black, minor cosmetic variation in welds and finish is normal and is not a defect.
• Load ratings are provided as a guide for a container resting evenly on a level, firm surface. Capacity is reduced on soft, uneven or sloped ground.

3. Orders, Pricing & Payment

All prices are in US dollars. Online payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your card details. We also accept phone orders at (281) 304-1515. Quantities can be adjusted at checkout.

• An order is accepted when we send your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel any order, for example where a product is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
• Prices and availability may change at any time without notice, but changes will not affect orders we have already confirmed.
• Applicable sales tax, where required, is calculated at checkout.
• You agree that the billing, shipping and contact information you provide is accurate and complete.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Wheel kits and the lifter ship UPS Ground, included in the price, to the lower 48 states.
• The Shipping Container Tow Bar ships by freight carrier, free to the lower 48 states. You choose commercial or residential delivery at checkout. Freight deliveries require someone to be present to receive and sign for the shipment.
• The skid steer trailer mover ships by freight; the freight charge is shown at checkout.
• Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and outside the United States is by arrangement only. Call us for a quote before ordering.
• Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier delivers the shipment.
• Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If anything is damaged or missing, keep the packaging, take photos and contact us right away so we can file a claim with the carrier and make it right.

5. 30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If a product is not right for you, you may return it within 30 days of delivery under the terms below.

• 30 day return policy.
• 25% restocking fee.
• No returns accepted if product is used.
• Buyer pays all return shipping costs.

The details

• Return window. Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 30 days cannot be accepted.
• Restocking fee. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, deducted from your refund.
• Return shipping. The buyer pays all return shipping costs. We do not pay for return shipping or the cost of shipping items back to us, and you are responsible for packing items so they arrive undamaged. We recommend an insured, trackable service. The original outbound shipping cost, where it was included in the price, is not refundable.
• Used products. No returns are accepted if the product has been used. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled and in resalable condition with all hardware and parts included. Items that have been installed, used, modified, welded, cut, painted or damaged will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
• Refund timing. Once we receive and inspect the return, we will issue your refund, less the restocking fee, to the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 days for the funds to appear on your credit card statement after the refund is issued.
• Custom or special orders and items sold as-is are not returnable.
• Exchanges. If you ordered the wrong bolt pattern, we are happy to exchange it. The restocking fee and return shipping terms above still apply, and you pay the shipping on the replacement.
• Our mistake. If we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective, contact us within 30 days and we will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. The restocking fee does not apply in that case.

6. How to Return an Item

• Call (281) 304-1515 or email shippingcontainerwheels@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not ship anything back before contacting us.
• We will confirm the return and give you a return authorization and the return address.
• Pack the item securely in its original packaging where possible, with all hardware, and ship it to the address we give you. Keep your tracking number.
• We inspect the return on arrival and issue the refund as described in section 5.

7. Warranty & Disclaimer

We stand behind our welding and materials. If a product fails because of a defect in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use, contact us and we will repair or replace it at our discretion. This does not cover normal wear, cosmetic finish, misuse, overloading, use on public roads, modification, accident or improper installation.

Except as stated above, our products and the Site are provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shipping Container Wheels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of use, loss of profits, property damage or personal injury arising from the use or misuse of our products or the Site. Our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid us for that product. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Website Use & Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, photographs, videos, logos, product designs and layout, belongs to Shipping Container Wheels or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, republish or use any content for commercial purposes without our written permission.

You agree not to misuse the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or submit false, fraudulent or unlawful content through our forms. We may suspend access to anyone who violates these terms. Links to third-party sites (for example, video hosting or payment processing) are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content or practices.

Information you submit through our contact form or checkout is used only to respond to you and fulfil your order. Payments are handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy. We do not share or sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or your purchase will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions and our Return Policy from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time you place your order is the one that applies to that order. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
