Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Shipping Container Wheels does not collect or store personal information on its own systems. The only information that reaches us directly is what you choose to send us:

• Contact form, email and phone. If you use the contact form on our home page, email us or call us, we receive whatever you include, typically your name, email address, phone number and your question. The contact form is delivered to our email inbox by a third-party form relay; nothing is stored on this website.
• Order details. After you pay, Stripe shows us the order so we can ship it: what you bought, your name, shipping address and contact details. We use this only to fulfil and support your order.
• Server logs. Like almost every website, our web server automatically records basic technical information about visits, such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request. These logs are used only to keep the site running and secure and are not linked to you personally.

2. Payments & Stripe

All online payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you click Buy Now you are taken to a secure checkout page hosted by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping address and payment card information in order to process the payment, screen for fraud and send you a receipt.

• We never see or store your full card number. Card data is entered directly into Stripe’s systems.
• Stripe is an independent company with its own privacy practices. Please refer to Stripe’s Privacy Policy for details on what Stripe collects, how it uses it and your rights with respect to that data.
• Phone orders are entered into Stripe by us on your behalf and are handled the same way.

3. How Information Is Used

Whatever information reaches us is used only to:

• reply to your question or quote request;
• process, ship and support your order, including returns and warranty claims;
• keep the website working, secure and free of abuse; and
• meet legal obligations, such as tax and accounting records.

We do not send marketing emails or newsletters, and we do not build customer profiles.

4. Sharing & Selling

We do not share or sell personal information. The only parties that handle your information are the service providers needed to complete your order or answer you, each acting under its own privacy policy and only for that purpose:

• Stripe, for payment processing and checkout;
• shipping carriers such as UPS or the freight carrier, who receive your name, address and phone number to deliver your order;
• our email and form relay providers, which deliver your messages to us.

We may also disclose information if required by law, court order or to protect our rights, property or safety.

5. Cookies & Third-Party Tools

This website itself does not set cookies to identify you. A few third-party tools we use may set their own:

• Google Ads conversion tag. We use Google’s advertising tag to measure whether our ads lead to visits and purchases. Google may set cookies and collect usage data under Google’s Privacy Policy. You can opt out of personalized ads at Google Ads Settings.
• Embedded videos. Our install and demo videos are embedded from YouTube in privacy-enhanced mode, which does not set tracking cookies until you press play. Once playing, YouTube’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
• Stripe checkout. Stripe uses cookies on its checkout pages for security and fraud prevention.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The website will still work without them.

6. Security & Retention

This website is served over HTTPS. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. Messages you send us are kept in our email only as long as needed to help you, and order records are kept as long as required for tax, accounting and warranty purposes. Server logs are rotated routinely.

7. Your Choices & Rights

• You can ask us at any time what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email shippingcontainerwheels@gmail.com or call (281) 304-1515 and we will take care of it, subject to records we must keep by law.
• For information held by Stripe, including requests under state privacy laws, please contact Stripe directly as described in Stripe’s Privacy Policy. We will help where we can.
• Because we do not sell or share personal information, there is nothing to opt out of in that respect.

8. Children

Our products and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated policy.
